One of the most devastating consequences of homelessness is the impact it has on a child's education. Thousands of children living in homelessness in Michigan return to school each year without supplies. On the very first day of school they look and feel different than their classmates. But thanks to VOA - those kids can return to school with the supplies they need to succeed!
Our goal is to help 10,000 children this year! Eligible children are those in homeless education programs provided by their local Intermediate School District (ISD).
