Can't help but think this is a great idea. In a day and age where there is clearly a struggle to stop guns from entering schools, make the bags clear. The NFL took over this policy for fans going to their games. At first I thought it was just a marketing plow to receive more money with people buying team bags but obviously it serves a purpose.
