Music producer Dr. Luke is firing back after claims made by Ke$ha to Lady Gaga that he raped Katy Perry.
Court documents filed last month in New York City by the producer’s lawyer show that Ke$ha texted Gaga saying Luke “raped Kathryn Hudson p/k/a/ Katy Perry.”
Luke's lawyer said the claims were false, and also noted that afterward, Gaga spread negative messages about Luke in the press and on social media.
He adds in the filing that Gaga went as far as to create graphics to post on social media with the help of Ke$ha, and referred to her claims of sexual assault by Luke.
