I'm not sure how the customer kept his cool. I know for a fact that if I were stuck in that particular moment I would've had to do something. I would never let someone walk all over me like that no matter who it is. Especially a KFC employee. If he were to come up on me like that I might have had to deescalate the situation. If he wanted to make it physical, I would have to crack out the good ol' jiujitsu and defend myself until help got there. I'm glad that KFC decided to fire this guy AFTER the video surfaces. Why do we have to have cellphone footage of someone doing something wrong to get them fired or for something to happen? Asking for a friend.
