There was some controversy right off the bat at The 2019 Billboard Music Awards.
And it all has to do with Taylor Swift's show-stopping, show opener of her new song "ME!" with Brendan Urie from Panic! At The Disco.
The BeyHive immediately noticed that Taylor's rainbow-colored, sweet performance with the marching band was a total ripoff of Beyonce's performance at Coachella last year, which is featured in her new Netflix documentary, Homecoming.
Now, let's dissect: Both performances DID involve a marching band, but the specific similarities seem to end there.
Regardless, the Internet is making the comparisons, and hating on Taylor BIG TIME for it.
