Spike wanted to give a special shoutout to all of the annoying parents who scream for their kids on graduation day when they walk across stage. Nothing wrong with screaming for your child, but with limits. Spike had to listen to a few obnoxious families at the ceremony, but they smuggled in some airhorns and bells that were banned.
