Dave was crossing the border and got stopped. He didn't do anything wrong but he spent hours at the bridge. He was so angry, he wrote an angry Facebook post complaining about it... and then his local newspaper picked up his story and wrote about it. Now Spike is going to scam him from Homeland Security.
