Mid-Michigan residents were ordered to evacuate on Tuesday after dam failure due to heavy rains. The Edenville Dam along the Tittabawassee River in Gladwin County breached at around 5:45 p.m, according to authorities.
Parts of Midland could be under 9ft of water.
