Adam Sandler's father-in-law was arrested in Florida after smuggling a loaded gun into a courthouse.
Joseph Titone was taken into police custody after a courthouse security checkpoint alerted authorities to a Colt .38 Special revolver in his briefcase.
The lawyer and former member of the Florida House of Representatives says it was just an innocent mistake because he planned to attend a nearby gun range and forgot about the gun.
