Kelly Clarkson was awarded the $10.4 million ranch in Montana in her divorce.
The judge in the divorce case ruled that the property belongs to the singer/talk show host despite the fact that estranged husband,Brandon Blackstock has been living there since they split in June 2020.
Blackstock originally requested that the ranch was “marital property” and should be shared equally between the two… but the judge disagreed since it was KELLY who paid the $10.4 million for the property!
