The United States soccer team advanced to the knockout round of the World Cup with a 1-0 win over Iran.
Christian Pulisic scored the winning goal while crashing headfirst into the goalkeeper in the 38th minute.
Pulisic ended up needing medical treatment after lying in the goal for 3 minutes. He re-entered the game, but was replaced at the start of the second half.
The U.S. finished second in Group B with 5 points, and will play the Netherlands on Saturday.
