Its never that important. After waiting patiently for 5 minutes, a man says he started recording a woman who was using her child in a stroller to prevent him from pulling into a parking spot.
She said her husband was on the way and that he was going to park there, which is not how parking spots work, last time I checked.
She stands in the spot, pushing her childs stroller back and forth just feet from the busy street, using them as basically as a hostage knowing the man won't pull in.
Eventually she takes a picture of his license plate and moves, saying "I got your plate number" as if there is some legal action she can take against the man.
