Chris Brown took the heat last month due to a video of his 3-year-old daughter, Royalty, with their new baby Capuchin monkey named Fiji. Well, turns out Chris never got a permit to own little Fiji, and now he could be facing criminal charges for it. Authorities got a search warrant but Chris voluntarily surrendered the monkey before his house got raided. Chris could now be charged with having a restricted species without a permit, a misdemeanor, and face a maximum of 6 months in jail. The case has been turned over to the L.A. City Attorney.
