This happened last summer, but the video is out now. Three fishermen in Oregon had to jump off their boat seconds before a huge speedboat crashed into them. They tried waving their arms and screaming but the driver didn't see them.
One of the fishermen is suing the speedboat driver . . . claiming he was distracted by his phone.
