Somebody took cell phone video of a middle-aged woman in her bra wandering around an intersection yelling at random cars. She seems to be high or drunk. And then she suddenly takes her BRA OFF just as a sheriff's car pulls up to the stoplight.
For some reason, it takes a while for the cop to turn the flashers on. The video ends with the woman still topless, and still walking around.
