Longtime girlfriend of Andy Dick, and the mother of his 2 kids, has filed to get a restraining order against him.
Lena Sved filed documents Tuesday in L.A., requesting court-ordered protection from Dick. No word on whether or not a judge has signed off yet, but typically a temporary restraining order will be approved until a later hearing can be scheduled. The court classified this as a domestic violence case, but its still unclear what Andy did.
