Rhode Island Proposes Bill To Charge $20 When You Watch Porn

SOURCETwo state lawmakers from Rhode Island introduced a bill last week that would block online pornography unless residents pay a $20 fee.

Internet providers would be required to block "sexual content and patently offensive material." It would also establish a reporting mechanism for consumers to report unblocked content that should be or blocked content that should not be.

If this happens I simply would not make enough for my pornographic needs.

"But Joe this is happening in Rhode Island, why do you care?"

LOOK AT THE WEED. One state passes the law of the legalization. Next thing you know the local government is collecting a lot of cash. Next there is Vegas, Cali. Did you hear Michigan may be next?!?! When cashflow happens, anything can happen. I assume there is a lot of lonely people in R.I. who like to play with their tootsies. The money will pouring in and next thing you know we will have copycat states.

Please, please, pleaseeee R.I do not pass this law. My bank account and lonely self is depending on you.
