Honestly I have no freakin clue if this is supposed to be her or this is art or whatever. What I do know is if he got a tattoo of her he has made smarter decisions. Sure people think love is real or whatever. Sure when you are in love you would do anything for that person. But to put their face on your body?? C'mon, my 12 year old brother makes smarter decisions.
At least he didn't do this.....
