Although he was just Good Luck Chuck'd by Hailey Baldwin, Shawn Mendes claims he isn't looking for love right now anyways.
In a recent interview with Variety, the 20-year-old singer insists on being happily single by choice. Personally I think it's just because he hasn't met me yet, but we'll save that story for another day. While being recognized in the Power of Young Hollywood issue, Shawn says "I'm not currently dating anyone, but it's not because I don't have time- I don't know if I'd be dating anyone if I was home in Pickering, either. It hasn't stumbled across me, and I'm not chasing it. Of course seeing all those other artists and people in relationships, you think, 'Maybe this would be nice; who would be great for me? And that's when you realize : 'This is wrong. Let it be. I'm not supposed to be with anyone right now."
Now I could be wrong, but that sounds like a broken heart talking.
