Where were these awesome agents when any of my flights got delayed?! I also love how this story that seems so small made the news and is now going viral. 2019.
Some Southwest Airlines agents deserve a gold medal for the way they helped travelers pass the time during a flight delay last week: by holding a contest for the worst driver's license photo!
"My flight to Washington, D.C., has been delayed for almost two-and-a-half hours and I was getting HEATED until this gate agent started playing games with everyone waiting to pass the time," Kristen Dundas tweeted late Thursday night about the delay.
Passengers were also able to win prizes like flight vouchers for future flights and this is just PURE awesomeness.
participated in a paper airplane-making contest, with winners earning prizes like Southwest merchandise and vouchers toward future flights. Southwest's Twitter account also replied to Dundas' tweet, "I'm glad our agent was able to make the delay a little more bearable for y'all, Kristen! We hope to have you on your way ASAP."
