Looking like Jay-Z allowed his rival Kanye to take the crown this year on Forbes list of the highest-paid hip-hop artists in the world for 2019.
JAY-Z was #1 and Kanye actually #10 on last year's list. My analysis; West's Yeezy collaboration with Adidas (which is expected to rake in $1.5 billion in 2019), had to have sky rocketed him to the top of this year's rankings.
