Join Spike from Mojo in the Morning and Channel 955 at Eastern Michigan University for their new, Rise Higher: 1st Generation College Day Event. This event is geared towards incoming first-year students who identify as First Generation. First Generation Students are defined as students where neither parent nor legal guardians living in the household hold a 4-year degree.
During this event, they will offer two different tracks of sessions. One for the students, and one for the parents - they know you have questions too! This event will take place on Saturday, November 13. Check-in will begin at 9:30 AM, and the program will begin at 10:00 AM. This day will include a campus tour, so you get the first look at campus!
During this event, you will hear about the EMU Admissions Process, learn about student support for our population, and get your questions about EMU answered. We can't wait for you to join us!
