Elon Musk executed the first test flight of his SpaceX Starship on Thursday April 20th and it didn't exactly go as planned.
At a key moment in its ascent, there was a failure of the rocket to separate from the super boosters and the self-destruct was engaged as it was spinning wildly out of control.
