Cursing may be a major no-no for some but new research finds that swearing may actually be a sign of intelligence.
According to Timothy Jay, a professor of psychology at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, one study correlated a knowledge of swear words with better overall language skills. Experts also say 'appropriate' swearing can be a sign of social intelligence.
People who curse have also been found to be more honest, more creative, and in some cases stronger and healthier. More on the story from CNN here.
