It is always hard to try to control a kid on an airplane, let alone a screaming baby. When Whitney Poyntz and her husband were flying back from vacation, their four-month-old would not stop crying. That's when their WestJet flight attendant saved the day. She took the screaming baby, held her while she walked up and down the aisles, and rocked her back to sleep.
