FCA Announces They Will Recall Over 800K Vehicles Over Emissions Concerns

(WXYZ) — Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has voluntarily recalled 862,520 vehicles in the United States.

The recall is the result of in-use emissions investigations conducted by EPA and in-use testing conducted by FCA.

The following vehicles are affected:

Owners of affected vehicles will be notified by FCA when parts are available for them to bring their vehicle in to be repaired. Owners can continue to drive their vehicles in the meantime.

I was in such a panic when this first came out. I have a Dodge and I thought I was going to have to call up the dealer and schedule an appointment. Turns out my car didn't make the list so I don't have to worry about taking it in. THANK GOD! Recalls can be the absolute worst because you have to worry about your vehicle being okay and take time out of your work schedule to take it in. Hopefully these recalls aren't too serious and they end up getting all 800K+ vehicles fixed and back on the roads as soon as possible.
