He said he wants to do something in honor of his son. It's called code 'Blue 2.' Officer Glenn Doss Sr went on to say, "My son took 2 bullets, thank God for the vest for stopping one. And the other hit his head. Any time you see an officer, go up to him and give him $2 to show, hey you are on our side.”
The city of Detroit arranged private funding to cover Doss' funeral and let the money that has been raised by our listeners and the GoFundMe for the family to be left for the family's ongoing needs.
