[WATCH] Questionable Parking Ticket Taken to Court

On one particular street, you aren't allowed to park for free until 10AM. One woman parked there at 9:58AM and was written a ticket at 9:59AM. She took the ticket to court and there is nothing not to love about how the judge handles this.
