I KNOW! Game changer! I was looking for recipes for our Instant Pot that we use at home and I stumbled across a recipe for making WINE!
All you need is 64 Ounces of grape juice, 1 Cup of sugar, and red wine yeast (which I have conveniently found for you on Amazon HERE) and you are in business!
You have to use the "Yogurt" setting on your instant pot which cooks it at about 80 degrees for 48 hours. So its not exactly INSTANT but it WILL absolutely make perfectly drinkable wine.
