Call me impressed. Like, I've known that Ari was an incredible singer and performer. But I had no idea just how involved she was in putting together the actual songs on her albums.
She recently posted this footage in the studio where she is putting down layer after layer after layer of her own vocals on the bridge in her song "Positions."
And she is just SO in tune with what she wants it to sound like, and nails all the different notes, and edits in real time and I just can't imagine trying to do something like this myself.
