Several people are calling on CBS to fire Stephen Colbert after he (allegedly) made a “homophobic” comment about President Trump.
During the monologue on the "Late Show", Colbert went on a rant against Trump saying "Sir, you attract more skinheads than free Rogaine. You have more people marching against you than cancer…. In fact, the only thing your mouth is good for is being Vladimir Putin's c--k holster."
After the comments, people took to Twitter calling for Colbert's firing from the late-night show with many using the hashtag #FireColbert.
But Colbert defended himself last night (Wednesday) on the show, saying Trump insulted his friend CBS' John Dickerson and: “I had a few choice insults for the president in return. I don't regret that. He, I believe, can take care of himself. I have jokes; he has the launch codes. So, it's a fair fight."
