Chris Brown was served with a restraining order from ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran at his birthday party on Friday night. Sources say the singer was served as he was leaving his 28th birthday bash at a nightclub in Texas.
The papers came after multiple attempts were made to serve him with the protective order; Karrueche filed legal documents against the rapper in February claiming he threatened to kill her and alleging that he had beaten her up in the past.
Meanwhile, Karrueche has no fear about testifying that Chris allegedly kicked her down a flight of stairs, punched her in the stomach, threatened to shoot her and made other death threats.
Sources say one of Karrueche's motivations is to inspire other women similarly situated to come forward and confront people who brutalize them.
