Domestic battery charges against "Glee" alum Naya Rivera were dropped on Friday.
A Thanksgiving weekend argument with her estranged husband had landed her in handcuffs in West Virginia. Rivera's ex, actor Ryan Dorsey, did not want to move forward with pressing charges.
The actress was arrested Nov. 25th after she allegedly hit Dorsey in the head during a walk with their 2-year-old son, Josey. Police said they believed she was intoxicated at the time, and a 911 call by Dorsey captured the actor shouting Rivera was "out of control." Dorsey declined medical attention for a busted lip and a head injury he sustained in the fight, which allegedly broke out during an argument over their son.
Shortly after her arrest, Naya filed for divorce for the second time; she previously filed in November 2016, but dismissed it in October.
The couple agreed to share custody of Josey in late December.
