Friends say the split was "a long time coming."
The “Magic Mike” actor had already moved out earlier this year while Jenna remained in their family home with their daughter, Everly.
Our source also says Channing’s heavy drinking and flirting with other women also figured into the split. It became very clear over the last year that they wanted different things out of life, and were no longer on the same path.
She had a tough time w/ his crazy career schedule, so he started to turn down jobs because of her. And that led to resentment and fighting.
Channing has been filming the "Lego Movie" sequel and has at least four other acting projects in development this year alone, and that isn’t even his focus. He’s moving toward producing and directing. So he’s busy with all of that, and not as focused on being a great dad and husband. And they fell outta love as a result.
