The rape allegation against Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter has hit the desk of the L.A. County District Attorney and they’re considering whether to file charges.
Nick was accused of raping Dream singer Melissa Schuman in 2002. She filed the report nearly seven months ago, but the police just wrapped up their investigation.
In a blog post, Melissa claimed Nick forced her into a bathroom and forced oral sex on her ... and made her reciprocate. She says he then took her to a bedroom and forced her to have intercourse with him.
