Ed Sheeran responded to critics who slammed him for being wildly undressed during his duet with Beyoncé.
While performing together for the Global Citizen Festival in Johannesburg, South Africa, on Sunday, fans were quick to criticize Ed's attire: a black t-shirt and sneakers. Beyonce, on the other hand, opted for an extravagant hot pink gown with ruffles.
Ed reposted an article on his Instagram story titled, “People Are Angry Ed Sheeran Wore a Shirt while Beyoncé Wore Couture During their Global Citizen Performance.”
He wrote, “Swipe up to ‘get the look", with the hashtag, #dresstoimpress.He then joked about where to find more of his “amazing fashion choices.”
