R. Kelly’s legal team is now claiming that the reason their client lost his sexual abuse cases is because of a learning disability.
R. Kelly’s attorneys claim he can’t read, and therefore was not able to read the legal documents and take the appropriate steps to complete what was asked of him.
FYI: The woman filing the sexual abuse case ultimately won, but Kelly’s legal team is asking the court to vacate the decision.
