ActressLori Loughlin is still planning to fight charges in the college admissions scandal, even after Felicity Huffman got sentenced to just 14 days in prison.
Another defendant in the scandal was just given a four-month prison stint. Now, as many as 12 defendants in the case are looking to change their pleas. But not Lori.
Again, she is accused of paying $500,000 to get her girls into USC and faces that additional charge of money laundering.
If she should go to trial, Lori would be facing up to 40 years in prison if found guilty on both counts.
