Scott Disick was back in rehab. I say was because ... he's out already.
Sources say the reality star checked himself into a luxury addiction treatment center in Colorado last week after relapsing with booze and drugs.
The sources say Scott had been drinking heavily and taking cocaine while in lockdown.
But he's now home, and the reason he left? Privacy concerns.
Disick's attorney said the treatment center is to blame after an alleged photo of Scott in a Zoom group meeting was published online.
What's more, Marty Singer denies Disick sought help for issues related to substance abuse. Instead, he claims the 36-year-old checked into rehab due to the ongoing grief he's felt following deaths of his parents in 2013 and 2014.
As for Scott's photo that was taken inside the rehab facility Singer says it's an outrageous HIPAA violation.
Scott's team believes the photo was taken by a staff member and not a patient, and that could trigger criminal prosecution.
