Reality stars Scott Disick and Sofia Richie are not just taking a break, they’re over. FOR GOOD.
They have been trying to work things out for the past few months, but now they've officially broken up.
Scott entered rehab not long after they went bike-riding together on the beach in April; Sofia was spotted hanging out with another guy in mid-May.
Sources tell me Sofia was the one really pushing to get back together with Scott ... it just didn't happen.
Also,Scott's flirting with his ex Kourtney Kardashian always bothered Sofia.
