Lucy Hale was spotted kissing Skeet Ulrich over the weekend.
In the photos, the 31-year-old “Pretty Little Liars” actress leans in to share a sweet kiss with the 51-year-old “Riverdale” actor.
They held hands across the table and at one point, she lifted his hand to kiss it.
