Harvey Weinstein is appealing his 2020 conviction for sexual assault.
The disgraced Hollywood producer filed a motion through his attorneys yesterday (Monday) to appeal the verdict.
The attorneys argued that a judge erred in refusing to dismiss a juror who revealed that she had written a book that touched on themes of "sexual predation of older men.”
Weinstein is currently serving a decades-long sentence in New York for his conviction on charges of sexual assault and rape.
