The $37 million Kardashian Kompound, set to be the future home of Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner, is almost complete.
New photos show the two mega mansions, constructed side by side in the exclusive gated community of Hidden Hills.
Both built in the popular modern farmhouse style and each sprawling over 10,000 square feet, the massive homes were a mere feet from one another.
One of the properties spans 16,500 square feet, with eight bedrooms. It also has an eight-car garage, a guesthouse, movie theater and gym.
Khloe's new property cost her $17 million while Kris - who has the larger home - paid $20 million for a combined total of $37 million.
