50 Cent is being slammed for using the death of Michael K. Williams to promote his TV show “Power Book III: Raising Kanan.”
The rapper made a post on Instagram with the caption, ”Damn if you didn’t see Raising Kanan check it out that fentanyl is no joke, killing the clientele. RIP michael k. williams.”
50 Cent then doubled down on his statement by sharing an excerpt of an old article that referred to past tensions between him and Williams. He deleted both posts not before people slammed him.
One user wrote "I’m starting to understand why 50 cent was shot 9 times”.
Williams died of a heroin overdose over the weekend at his home in Brooklyn.
