T.I. and Tiny won't be charged for allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 2005 in Los Angeles.
Prosecutors declined to move forward with the case since it falls outside the 10-year statute of limitations.
The accuser filed a police report earlier this year, alleging T.I. and Tiny drugged and assaulted her sometime in early 2005 after the trio met at a club.
It's a similar outcome to the T.I. and Tiny case in Las Vegas. A woman claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted in 2010 after meeting Tiny at the airport and being invited to hang with the couple.
