A jury found R. Kelly guilty of 6 of the 13 charges he faced in his Illinois federal case.
The jury convicted him on three counts of child pornography counts and three counts of child enticement, but acquitted him on 7 others.
R. Kelly was facing child pornography charges and prosecutors also accused him of concealing video evidence from his infamous 2008 case and threatening witnesses.
The trial started last month, with prosecutors accusing R. Kelly of videotaping sexual encounters with minors.
Kelly has already been convicted of racketeering and sex trafficking in New York and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
He will be sentenced in this case at a later date and it will range from 10-90 years.
