Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finalized their divorce.
The Skims founder and Yeezy CEO will have joint custody with “equal access” to their four children.
However, Kim will continue to have the kids 80 percent of the time – as Kanye previously admitted in September.
The settlement also notes that the rapper will have to pay his ex-wife $200,000 a month in child support.
He is also responsible for 50 percent of the children’s educational expenses – such as their tuition – and security expenses.
They both waived spousal support.
Kanye spent $4.5 million to buy the house next door to Kim Kardashian after she filed for divorce, and now he's decided to give it up in their settlement.
Ye will transfer the title of the 3,650 square foot, 5 bedroom home to Kim -- and she'll now be responsible for all expenses related to the property.
