Beyoncé is set to perform at the launch of Dubai’s Atlantis The Royal resort later this month.
It will be her first time performing at a concert since she performed at the Global Citizen Festival in Johannesburg in December 2018, and she has been offered $24 million to perform a one-hour set at the invite-only event taking place before the five-star hotel opens to guests.
