Taylor Swift was in the process of purchasing a 7 bedroom, $10 million home in London before she split up with British boyfriend Joe Alwyn.
Taylor and Joe who had been together for six years, and had successfully placed an offer on a luxury mansion in Belsize Park, north London.
The couple had previously rented a property in nearby Primrose Hill.
It is unclear whether either the singer or actor will still move into the house, as Land Registry records show the ownership is subject to completion.
Belsize Park is a highly affluent area of the capital, and has been home to other celebrities including Noel Gallagher, Helena Bonham Carter and Martin Freeman.
