As you can see in the photo above, Joey is pictured with Nick Jonas. Nick's arm is out for another person who was supposed to be there. This other person is an old "friend" of Joey's by the name of Tina.
Here is the background story of Tina. She texted Joey as you can see in the conversation below saying how proud she is of him for emceeing the Nick Jonas concert and that she needed a ticket to the show. Lucky for her, Joey did have extra tickets. But she messed up and accidentally sent a text to the wrong person.
Joey wanted to let Tina know what she missed out:
Moral of the story: do not use anyone in life. I am sure she regrets doing this now, but only because she was caught in her lie. Just be you - you don't need to use anyone else in life to make you happy.
